Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting independent music publishing.

Because our products are printed in small batches/on demand and handled with care, we maintain the following return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.

Return Window

You may request a return for an UNUSED product within 7 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

• The book must be unused, unmarked, and in resellable condition.

• Items that show signs of use—such as page wear, bending, writing, or other handling—cannot be accepted for return.

Because printed books cannot be restored to new condition once opened or handled, we can only accept returns that meet these standards.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at jered@jeredmckenna.com with your order number.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Digital Content

Any digital downloads, including lead sheets or PDFs, are non-refundable.

Late or Post-Window Requests

Requests made after the 7-day return window cannot be accepted.
However, we may offer a small courtesy discount on future purchases at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
